Set clear start and end dates. We recommend the fundraiser last 6 weeks. 1 week to coordinate the team, 3 weeks for your volunteers to sell the popcorn, and 2 weeks for us to process and ship your order. Establish the date volunteers will begin selling, the date the orders are due and the date of the popcorn pickup.
Register and Fill out the Fundraising Application. Go to bakedpopcorn.com and register. You will receive a confirmation email and then you will be able to log in and fill out the Fundraising Application. We will supply customized forms/brochures for your fundraising campaign based on your criteria.
Run your Fundraiser. Distribute information to your team and begin selling. We’ll provide you with a simple chairperson’s guide to help you achieve your fundraising goals.
Collect the order forms on the predetermined date and calculate the total number of units sold. It is important to double-check the number so the correct amount of popcorn can be ordered. The total amount collected, divided in half, minus the cost of shipping, is the profit your organization will have made with this fundraiser.
Submit one order for the entire organization. Go to bakedpopcorn.com and log in to your account and place your order using the Fundraising Order Form. Payment will be processed through our corporate office and must be paid in full before the popcorn is released to you. Please consult your Baked Popcorn Fundraising Representative for more information regarding the pickup or shipment of your order.
Hold a popcorn pickup day or distribute popcorn to volunteers so they can distribute it themselves. For larger orders, multiple volunteers may be needed for sorting.
